How do I remove water stain from terrazzo floor?

The cast iron water pipes developed a slow water leak in the bathroom. The water seeped under the walls and sat for an unknown amount of time before it spread out onto the floor. There is a brownish stain along the quarter-round molding that needs to be cleaned before installing new molding.

Try a product called AWESOME, it is sold at Dollar General. I used it on a sweater to remover rust spots. It is an all purpose cleaner. Good luck.
Mix one part water-based floor stripper (the same kind used for vinyl tile or polymer finishes) with six parts water and apply to the stained area. Allow five minutes dwell time. Agitate the solution with a green scrubbing pad. Use an absorbent white cloth or paper towels to soak up the solution.
