Soak a cloth in peroxide and press it on the rust stain. Soak another cloth with ammonia and press it on top of the peroxide cloth. Leave them for about an hour, remove and wipe the terrazzo.
Not familiar with that stone, but I by chance found that the product "bar keepers friend" which comes in liquid or granular work on so many stains. I bought it to keep my brass cookware clean, but have used it on rust spot from husband leaving something in laundry sink for let's say, too long. It pulls up colors off of my counters, smoker's left over ashes, really anything (even cloth) the product has amazed me. You can find it anywhere. I got mine @ home depot. The reason I suggest, is that is that it is gentle, yet pulls something you have tried everything on. Happy scrubbing.
Hi Lesia, hope this helps you out, To clean, simply soak an absorbent cloth in peroxide and press it directly over the affected area. Next, soak another cloth with ammonia and press it on top of the peroxide cloth. Leave the cloths on the stain for about an hour, and then remove them. Wipe the terrazzo

Hello. I would suggest checking in with your local tile and stone retail experts. Likely they will have the perfect cleaner that won't damage your flooring further.
Hi Lesia. Before we begin, be sure to open the windows for ample ventilation. And wear a pair of protective gloves. Then drench a piece of lint-free clothing in hydrogen peroxide, then press the cloth over the rust-stained section of your terrazzo floor. Drench another piece of clothing in ammonia and lay it over the first cloth. Leave these cloths on the rust for at least an hour. Then remove the cloths and wipe the floor with clean water.
Hi Lesia, sorry you have rust stains on your floor. Hope this will help you.

Wipe up any fresh urine with paper towels. If the stain is old, wipe the area with a damp cloth to remove as much of the urine residue as possible. Get a pet enzyme cleaner that is safe for hard surfaces, such as Nature's Miracle Hard Floor Cleaner. Follow the instructions on the label of your selected cleaner.
