How do I remove polyurethane on tiles?

Tiles on Balcony have polyurethane splash on them any help how to remove.

Believe it or not spray some oven cleaner on it, let sit a few moments an wipe it up.
I used this was quick an easy.

I have used low odor mineral spirits, apply with a cheap open cell sponge to soften
then use a scotch brite to scrub or just use a scotch brite sponge combo it takes a little elbow grease labor an that takes it of an should not discolor carpet, just be careful, an the materials are low cost. Good Luck; an it removes sticky glues' left on window like tape and stickers residue. TR.
