When I use the basic Swifter mop for washing & dry mopping, the mop head flops over on its sides. Does this mean it's broken?But it came this way.
Yes you could call it that ,just the handle with rubber (green) head. 4 slots on top to put either way clothes or dry clothes.
It is supposed to flip so that you can use it on walls & baseboards. There's a bit of an art to using it so that it stays flat on your floors. That's why I opted to spend a bit more money for a sturdier pole with washable pads. Every Swiffer "mop" I've ever used is aggravating to me.
