How do I remove a sticky substance from waterproof Pergo floors?
We’ll I’ve gotten myself into another fine mess! I trimmed my Peace Lily plant this morning and threw the pieces in the trash.....or so I thought! When I took the trash out I noticed white streaks on my Pergo floor and they were very sticky. I’m thinking it’s the sap? from the leaves? I can’t seem to get it out....I’ve used a microfiber cloth and a Mr. Clean sponge. Any suggestions? And thank you once again!

Did you try coconut or olive oil with baking soda? I use that to take labels off jars.
The oil may work but no baking soda. Also try Goo Gone or WD40.
WD40
I would use rubbing alcohol. It won't damage pergo or leave another residue behind.
Try a little WD 40 in a hidden area.
Try wiping the sticky off with an oily liquid like baby oil or vegetable oil. Then follow it up with Windex.
