How do I make my wood floor not be slippery anymore?
My wood floor suddenly became very slippery. I finally figured out that it was from a new cushioned anti fatigue mat I put down on floor earlier that day. Is there any way to get this mat to not make my floor slippery?

wash it with some Dawn dish soap and cool water let it dry thoroughly before putting back on the floor
Try wiping the bottom of the mat with Goo Gone on a cloth. Most anti fatigue mats are silicone based which keeps the rubber soft giving them anti fatigue properties. It's possible some of the silicone is leaching out. That eventually should stop.
Wash with Dawn liquid, as Lynn suggested. Scrub lightly, rinse thoroughly, then dry completely with dry cloths that have never seen fabric softener. The slippery situation should then be resolved. As needed, scrub the flooring, wipe with wet cloth, followed by dry cloth.
