Both KrudKutter - purchase off Amazon or the dawn/hydrogen peroxide will work. I've used KrudKutter and it just seems to dissolve dirt and grime. If you are able to purchase the product - this would be the easier route. Good Luck
If cleaning does not work, they make grout paint. I used it in my shower with this house I purchased because previous owner used what ever color grout to patch things. It was 3 different colors. I used a grout cleaner waited for it to dry thoroughly then painted it. It is in a shower and I have not had problem with it peeling or chipping. It adheres nicely to the grout. It is time consuming but my shower looks new.
