How do I remove dye transfer from my white leather sofa safely?
The dye came from brown suede pillows. I've tried leather cleaner/conditioner with no results.
Probably you can't. You can try a leather cleaner in case it's color transfer from fabric ( sort, but the photo doesn't reveal any detail) but if it's body oils I couldn't remove them from my leather sofa. Could be discoloration from sunlight, different batches of leather, or vinyl in hidden spots that did originally match the leather.
Rehana. Use Saddle Soap, it's just for leather. You can purchase it at an automotive store. It will clean the dirt and leave a shine. Aloha!
Rehana, how old is the sofa? It may still be under warranty. If so, contact the seller.
You probably need to use some leather recoloring balm to return it to its original color. Here is an article about it: https://www.furnitureclinic.co.uk/Restore_Faded_Absorent_Leather
