How to get rid of discolored yellow stains on bathroom marble vanity?

Wherever I put a handsoap pump, toothbrush holder, etc. on my white marble bathroom vanity top, it leaves a discoloration, dull yellow in color. I've tried everything to remove but no luck. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Maybe you need to seal the marble to prevent it from happening again but i have no ideas how to remove the stains.
