How can I remove clothing dye from vinyl?

i sat on a white vinyl chair and the black dye from my skirt got all over it.

I've never had this problem, but rubbing alcohol won't hurt vinyl and it dissolves many inks and dyes. I would try putting rubbing alcohol and a couple drops of dish soap in a spray bottle. Spray it on, let sit for a minute, scrub with white terrycloth rag.
That or try some AWESOME spray on a small spot to see. Key is to rub gently.

I would say start with a tiny test of hairspray to see if it will remove it, but not affect the finish of the vinyl.
