Gold Bond Foot Powder Spray removal

Question

My friend's son sprayed this new product, Gold Bond Foot Powder Spray on her metal lamps, tables, piano and floor. She is having a hard time removing it. Ingredients are: Active Ingredient: Menthol (to Deliver 1% Concentration). Inactive Ingredients: Isobutane, Propane, Alcohol SD-40B (12% w/w), Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate, Talc, Sodium Bicarbonate, Benzethonium Chloride, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Isopropyl Myristate, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Propylene Carbonate, Sorbitan Oleate, Stearalkonium Hectorite.

I accidentally sprayed the lenses my brand new glasses years ago with spray paint when the wind changed direction. I had nothing to lose, so I tried rubbing alcohol. Maybe that would work in this case. I would try it in an inconspicuous spot 1st.

Im going to guess from some of the ingredients listed that even if you remove it the metal will be discolored or corroded..Funnygirl is right..Get a hold of gold bond

A product called Goof Off...... Not Goo Gone.... Goof off. I used it on painted surface, wood, and bamboo. Sprayed it on a cloth, not on area. Worked great. a can got punctured accidentally and went everywhere.
