How can I remove white water stains from a stainless steel sink?

    one of those 'magic erasers' is always my first line of defense.


    if that doesn't work, try Bon Ami, or Barkeeper's friend, the oxalic acid should help loosen up the calcium in the 'water' stain.

    Sprinkle baking soda, then put vinegar over it, it will then fizzle, now scrub the sink. Try Bon Ami or Barkeeper's Friend.

    Barkeepers Friend works great. Find it in the cleaning aisle next to comet and Ajax.

    Make a mixture of baking soda and water,apply to the stains and gently rub in the grain of the stainless

    I have seen on a DIY pag, using wax paper and rub it on the stainless steel! Makes it shine!

  • I use Cerama Bryte, works great on stainless steel, even pots and pans. It's similar to Bar Keeper's Friend and available at Home Depot or Amazon.
