How do I clean an old shower door?it has a lot of build up on it

I keep a spray bottle with half Dawn dish soap and half vinegar in my shower. After showering and getting dressed I just spray a fine mist over the still wet shower. Let it sit for about an hour scrub lightly and rinse.

Simple Green spray works great also a spray called Awesome. Awesome can be purchased at the Dollar Tree. Even gets mildew off outdoor furniture. Great product.

You can use plane vinegar

Spray it on with a spray bottle, leave it sit

For a few minutes and rinse.

white vinegar,water 50/50 and a dab of blue dawn dish soap,spray and use Mr. Clean Magic Eraser

Everytime you shower clean and leave dry.

Regular white toothpaste. Smear all of the shower door, scrub like your buffing car wax. Rinse and wipe down. Actually works great and easy on your body. Also excellent for your car headlights, takes off all the road gunk.

We have to be disciplined make preventive measures with each use to combat our hard water situation.

The sponge or towel will need be wrung out well and allow it to dry completely between each use. Launder the towel or throw the sponge in the dishwasher to disinfect regularly. This sorta routine care helps make the weekly cleaning manageable preventing mold mildew sosp scum and hard warer stains.
