My kitchen cabinets are embarrassingly greasy. Please share your degreasing tips with me so I don't have to cringe every time I glance at my cabinets.
You can pull out any hair with a fine tooth comb. Then you can soak the brush and any combs in a sink filled with warm water and shampoo. Let them soak for about an hour, rinse, and dry. I have also used my dishwasher successfully to clean brushes and combs.
I used a large plastic cup and filled it with very hot water and about a dime size amount of hair shampoo, I soaked the brushes and combs for approximately 15 mins. I then took a clean fine tooth comb and "brushed" it up and down until teeth on brushes and combs were clean. Then rinse. If needed, use a washcloth or towel and wrap around soiled parts and rub the dirt out.
See if this helps.
