Do you have healthy eaters? My big guys (6'6" and 6'4"), can easily eat half a chicken each if not more. It also depends on what else there is to fill up on too. Vegetables, salad, rolls, starchy side dish . . .

Get everyone to help! Some chicken dinners can be messy to make. Or tell everyone that helped eat the dinner that you made it and clean up of everything is there responsibility as thanks for the good meal. You can sit down and watch with a good cup of coffee or after dinner drink. Have a great Holiday Season and don't do everything yourself!

Clear all the plates, and then put the plates into the sink of sudsy water. The add the plates, saucers, and silverware. When this is soaking in HOT water, take care of the meat, and other goods., putting them in the frig as soon as possible. You can also freeze some of the meat, if you choose, to use at a later date. Be wise, and date the pkg as well. J.

If you're frying it, use a degreaser to get the fine oil mist off everything.
