I have a black acrylic kitchen sink that is dull.

They make acrylic sink compound you can use to buff it and bring back shine, other than that, I don't know of any diy ways to do it.

Have you tried baking soda paste? Mix enough water with baking soda to make a paste, rub in on you sink and let it dry. Pour water over it to get it wet again, then gently rub it with a soft cloth to make it shine. I'd use a soft microfiber cloth with the flat surface, if possible.
