My 70 year old porcelain bathtub has light gray stains in the bottom.
They look like the tub is dirty, but no matter what I scrub with, ajax, tcp, bleach, etc, they don't come off. Is the porcelain damaged, any hope?
Use Soft Scrub and a sponge. Good Luck!
You didn't give much info. My guess is perhaps the glaze is gone from years of scrubbing with old fashioned cleanser products. If that's the case your only recourse is to have it re glazed.
use baking soda, a soft sponge or washcloth to clean it then dry it with a towel. it will shine like new!
