GP66 degreaser is strong enough to clean the mess but still gentle enough not to damage the wood. Fuller also makes a great degreaser.

I use 1cup ammonia, 1/2 cup vinegar & 1/4 cup baking soda in 1gallon of warm water. Wash with a rag. No rinsing needed and leaves a nice shine.

Purple Power from Walmart will clean the cabinets well. I have used it for years.

Awesome spray cleaner. You get it for 1.00 at most Dollar stores. GREAT degreaser.

Try Dawn dish soap in warm (hot as your hands can take) water. It is designed for cutting grease.

I know this sounds crazy but....try a mixture of baking soda & cooking oil. Scrub your wood with it & rinse with clear water. I wouldn't make the solution as thick as a paste but you also don't want it real runny.
