SoSafe Graffiti Cleaner is one brand. Use the green label for painted surfaces and the blue label for brick or concrete surfaces. While pressure washing is the usual method for cleaning graffiti from brick or concrete this can damage wood surfaces. -

Or do you mean smoke? If it's really bad, it may require primer then paint but moderate smoke stain can just be covered with paint. Be prepared to do a second coat where necessary
