How to remove soap scum from shower doors?

Have tried to remove soap scum from my shower doors for years. I have tried everything imaginable and nothing works. Do any of you know what works?

White vinegar mixed with water and dawn.

Make a mixture of equal parts white vinegar and blue Dawn dish soap in a spray bottle. After s hot shower, spray the shower doors and let this sit for a couple minutes. Then, scrub the doors with some used dry dryer sheets. Sounds odd but the combination works for me on even old soap scum and hard water marks.
