Put 1 cup of baking soda down the drain, pour 1 cup of vinegar, let it bubble, then stuff the drain with an old cloth. let it work for about an hour and that should work. never heard of using peroxide

Never heard of using hydrogen peroxide, or stuffing a cloth in the drain. I recently opened a slow drain using the vinegar, baking soda & water idea. Interestingly, it did work. Use about 1/4 cup baking soda and pour over drain opening. Next, slowly pour 1 cup vinegar in drain opening. Solution will bubble & get frothy. Once the bubbling stops, pour 1 cup very hot water in drain. Wait about an hour, and pour or run water in drain. If the drain is still slow, repeat process.
