Try a small amount of acetone on a q-tip. You could also possibly use a blow dryer on low heat, while scraping with a spatula. -

try WD40. It takes off ballpoint ink. Don’t know about gel ink. -

you could try lighter petrol, it comes in a tin with a lockable nozzle from a cigarette shop, dont forget to wipe dry afterwards eric
