Not if it has soaked into the drywall. You'll need a blocking primer like Kilz then repaint. You can keep trying harsher cleaners, as per this answer to a similar question but that can also affect the paint finish. Wishing you the best.

Hi! Try a magic eraser sponge. If it doesn't remove it, you will have to seal it and repaint as mentioned before.
Linda is right, you'll have to prime and repaint.
Indeed a really good primer should seal that up if you're not able to get them out.
