use really hot water and wash them well. if the cloudy still is there, try using a wire scrubby steel wool. this may just be a buildup.
Were they in the sun, or is this a chemical reaction from foods that were in the jars? If the jars show no evidence of chips or cracks, try baking soda and vinegar for 30 minutes, followed by a boiling water rinse. Alternatively, try placing electric dish detergent granules in the bottles with boiling water. Let sit overnight, then scrub with a bottle brush, and wash as usual. You can further run them through your electric dishwasher with dish detergent granules and use a rinse aid in the dishwasher.
Try using toothpaste, then rinse.
