Try rubbing the area with mayonnaise. Go in alternating directions and rub away. It works on wood furniture and will hopefully work on your floor! Happy New Year!Helpful Reply -

Try a white toothpaste. Rub, rub, rub. Leave it for a bit. Then wipe it off. May have to repeat a couple times.Helpful Reply -

If the bucket was metal and left a dark or black ring. Washing with a solution of oxalic acid will really help.Helpful Reply -

Place a clean cloth over the stain. Use an iron set to medium heat and iron the cloth.Helpful Reply -
