If the grout is discolored, use Dremel tool to sand out dirt/stains. Then use proper size paint brush and grout sealer.

I had a huge kitchen in our previous home with glazed white tile and "white" grout. I tried everything to keep it clean. Finally I cleaned and rinsed with vinegar and baking soda. Rinse very well. Dry then using a very small can of flat interior (with primer) linen colored paint and a very small artist brush, I painted the grout. Take a damp tag and wipe the tile as you go. You'll have a new gorgeous floor! Let dry thoroughly. If any areas come through that the paint didn't cover simply paint them again! Mine were stunning. We were selling and needed clean fresh floors. The buyers thought they were new instead of 25 years old! I also painted a couple of hairline cracks in the tiles with a small sample jar of off white. You cannot see the cracks, and it held up beautifully!

I have glazed white tile in my bathroom with white grout that gets discolored easily. I use "The Works Tile Cleaner". I pour it over the whole floor, let sit for 10 to 20 minutes and then just wipe it up. It gets it all nice and white again. I've also used it on grout with tile in my kitchen area to great success. Due to that area having very tiny rows I sometimes have to use a brush to get the cleaner all on it but I don't have to use major elbow grease to get it out.
