I recently tried Clorox Toilet Bowl Cleaner and it worked great. I was happy with the results. Put it in the corner of four tile and then use a toothbrush to spread to the grout lines. Let sit for a few minutes and then clean well with warm, vinegar water.

If you're talking about vinyl tile, just use some vinegar, warm water a couple of drops of dawn, and of course a brush, that will get in all those grooves.

I used Clorox toilet bowl cleaner and brush and it worked great, but with rotator cup tears in both shoulders, and the entire house in tile, I had to find something easier. I did find a grout cleaner at Home Depot and cleaned the whole house in less than 4 hours. Just remember to reseal after any deep cleaning. Aqua Mix Grout Deep Clean.
