    Try soaking newspaper in vinegar and apply to the windows like contact paper. Let sit for a while and remove. Reapply if necessary. Then clean the rest of the windows with the left over vinegar and your used up newspaper. Good luck!

    Oh boy I don't envy you. I have worked for days trying to remove water spots from an old aluminum shower door and nothing works. Windows I think would be much easier. I found that on the glass part of the shower that CRL foam cleaner and soft sos pads cleaned the spots off of the doors.

    Vinegar, spray, rub, respray if you see or feel any grit, wipe with soft paper towels or black ink newspaper. The vinegar cuts mineral buildup naturally.
