They are two different issues. The lime is most likely efflorescence and seeping from the cement used between the stone. That will continue to seep and very little will remove it permanently or completely.
Moss is a plant and is growing because it is damp and shady. You can try various remedies, but because moss can grow from spores in the air, it also probably will come back. Personally, I love an old moss covered wall. It's unique.
Try using "Wet n Forget". Spray it on and walk away. It takes a week or so, but it does work.
