What's the best way to clean tile and grout?

My kitchen and baths all have the tan tile and tan grout. The floor is dull and the grout always looks old and needing some sprucing. The tile is not smooth, it has some slight texturing. Thanks!!!

Hi Kay. I have found to be the best for me is simple green. I mix it with water and then scrub the grout lines. I then wipe up the excess and go over the entire area with a steam mop. If you don't have a steam mop you can just use a regular one.

Thanks Amanda! I do have a steam mop. I've used it on the tile but not after Simple Green. I'll try it. Thanks again!!!

I’m doing this to my tile, I have ask a couple of construction guys and they all tell me muratic acid, half water to half acid, use heavy duty rubber gloves, mask and safety glasses and scrub! The thick rubber gloves. Home Depot has them.
