Shadazzle cream cleaner.....
Hello Phyllis! Barkeepers Friend works wonders on porcelain. If this cleanser is not available in your area, you can order it online. Good luck!
My neighbor has recommended 'Bar Keeper's Friend.' It's a cleaner that claims to be safe on porcelain as well as other easily scratched surfaces. You may want to test a small area first. Good luck!
I Comet won't do it I doubt anything else will. Maybe other responders have had better luck than I. In my row house, we had a porcelain sink and I vowed to never have one again. Stainless steel marks up as well.
Bar Keepers Friend is my best suggestion as well. usually find it in the grocery store like on the lower shelf by the comet and so forth.
Look closely at your sink to see if the problem is different from what you think. If it has gray areas that just won't come clean, it's possible that the problem may be that the actual finish is wearing off and what you are beginning to see is the cast iron under the porcelain. That's what's happening to our porcelain bathtub so we don't use anything abrasive on it anymore because it will only get worse.
Bar Keepers Friend- try that & see if it helps.
Clean it then fill it overnight with a bleach and water solution...I used to do that. ..threw in my dish clothes, socks and anything else white that needed soaking, too....lol. Then clean it again the next day after you drain the water
Thank you, Pamandkitty! I will give it a try!
