OrangeGlo is what our builder recommended. Baking soda with peroxide in a paste, scrub with a toothbrush if it's more stubborn. If using a degreaser make sure it is wood & food safe like GP66 or Fuller's.

I use TSP substitute in a spray bottle mixed with water and a rag. Cleans grease right off with zero effort. Avoid oil soaps as they build up a film over time.
