How do I clean a white vinyl porch railing?

What is the best way to clean the white vinyl railing on my front porch? I live on a rather busy street and it gets very dirty. I have tried a few things without a lot of success.

You have not told us what you have tried. A scrub brush made to scrub white wall tires and a bucket of suds, with some bleach will work wonders. Wear old clothing, and protective goggles. Other wise investing in a power washer may help.
Karen...We use Krud Kutter from Lowes and a pressure washer on ours. Good luck!
Simple Green, either diluted in a bucket or in a spray bottle works great. Wipe on, hose or wipe off, and you are done!
Krud Kutter is good as others have mentioned, but I've found that Magic Erasers work. A good pressure wash for the rails should help, too.
A product called Spray Nine is the best thing I have ever used for multiple greasy or tough jobs--ovens, grease, baseboards. I buy mine at Home Depot. It comes in a spray or I buy the gallon size and pour it in my own spray bottle.
