How can I easily remove adhesive from a patio??
Our patio is 20 by12 and I pulled up outdoor carpet. There is still a lot of glue that I have been using a paint scraper to remove. A lot of it has come off really easy, but what can I use on the stubborn I’m not sure what we are going to put down, although I know for sure it isn’t going to be carpet of any kind.

if your adhesive is dry, and very sticky, use some ordinary fine sand (play sand)/ Sprinkle iti on the sand and let it sit for about an hour. It's much easier to scrape off afterward. I used this method after a flooded basement with ruined glued-down vinyl. The experts were scratching their heads trying to figure out a solution to the problem. They were a little embarrassed at such a simple solution, especially coming from a 'housewife'. :-)
You can get a long handle scraper that my husband found worked really well. Also you might spray for Glue Gone on tough places and allow a few minutes then see if it doesn't loosen. Good Luck!
Would renting an electric floor sander be a possibility? Check with your local Home store to see if one of these would work on concrete with dried glue....better than doing this awful work manually...worth a try!
