First pure cat litter on the spot and grind it into the surface with your heel. Let it sit for an hour or two. Sweep away the litter and use a degreaser to clea up the last of it. A power washer to finish the cleaning and you're done! -

I think the Green solution from any hardware/general store - make stronger. -

put oil dry down then grind it in with your shoes -

Try Baby bottle it sterializer liquid it works on Car Oil -

I have used brake fluid to remove oil, maybe it would work on power steering fluid as well. -
