Spray with peroxide or a bleach and water mixture! Is this facing north? Generally that is where it will build up.... Keeping the area dry is mandatory!

I have the same problem on my roof, asphalt driveway, etc. Some shade in the yard, but mostly the continually damp, wet winters in Oregon. Moss-Out doesn't work, I know that.

Kill it with bleach first, you may have to squeegee after rains it to keep it dry, paint it with a sealer like thompson's
