Hi Sandy. I'm Cindy. You could add a half cup of baking soda to a gallon of water. Use this solution to scrub the concrete. Use a scrub brush to clean it with. If the concrete is heavily soiled, you might want to use a pressure washer. If you don't have a pressure washer, you can rent one at your local home improvement stores. Good luck Sandy.

Hi Sandy,
Rent a pressure washer (if you don't own one) from a local diy store. They do a great job.
Pressure washer or some vinegar and water!
I agree about the pressure washer, it’s really the only way to get the deep dirt out since concrete is porous.
pressure washer! I have a lot of before and after pics on one of my blog posts if you are interested.

A pressure washer is the only thing that really worked on my concrete patio.
Hi Sandy, here are some hints for cleaning concrete without chemicals. For a gentle cleaning solution, add one half cup of baking soda to 1 gallon of water. Mix equal parts baking soda, water and salt for highly soiled areas. Clean baking soda residue by spritzing it with vinegar. This creates a safe, natural chemical reaction that results in carbon dioxide gas and water.Dec 15, 2018

Pressure washer. Follow by 2 coats of concrete sealer. My driveway gets black from the trees. Have to do it every year, but the sealer makes the job easier. Go easy on pressure washing - you can damage the concrete if you go overboard.
