Lowes sells a product called "Pee-Pee" in the cleaning products aisle. Just spray it on the offending surface and walk away. Pet Smart and other pet supply stores also sell similar products that are sprayed on. They contain a protein that does away with the smell and does not just cover it. You can locate pet urine by using a black light in a darkened area. It will shine yellow-green. Handy in the bathroom, too, especially around the comode. You may be sickened by what you find.
