I have multiple large dogs that have been using the same enclosure for 20 years. The best urine odor oxidizing solution I have found is a mixture of oxiclean (or store brand equivalent) and baking soda.
I make the solution in a large sprinkling can. I fill can 1/2 way with HOT water then add 1/4 cup oxiclean and 1/4 cup baking soda. Stir until dissolved, a long paint mixing stick works well. Then fill the sprinkling can the rest of the way with cool water and add a few drops of dish detergent as a wetting agent.
Go out and sprinkle solution over area making sure to wet area thoroughly. Do not rinse. Solution is harmless to pets and people but do not breath dry oxiclean dust when mixing.
Get uricide at uricide.com..I tried dozens of products over the years, none of them worked...I have two german shepards and one bulldog and they pee all over my yard...The smell was unbearable...Uricide is a living bacteria product, not a enzyme cover up product that only works for a day..It is the only product that works..
I second the uricide treatment, it really works great
Regular hosing down with plain old water might not get rid of all the odour but will definitely not hurt your plants, so maybe just start with that? After that, Angry Orange Pet Odor Eliminator is very well-reviewed and non-toxic, so it shouldn't hurt plants, but still might want to try it on a small area first.
Sprinkle baking soda
Dawn dish soap mixed with vinegar an lemon juice
You could take your dogs for walks and have them pee elsewhere, otherwise you are treating the symptom rather than the problem.
Make a mixture of one teaspoon vinegar with four teaspoons of water. You can use either apple cider vinegar or white vinegar for this purpose. Both help in neutralizing pee odor. With the help of a spray bottle, apply this all over the affected soil or grass.
The urine may already be harming the plants. Try some baking soda.
