How to keep clear water in my pond?

I have a pond that is approximately 6X8X2.5 that I can not keep the water clear in it. I have the good size pump and a filtration system with a UV light in it but the water is still murky. I would like it to be clear so that I can see my fish better. Do I need to put another filter system on it?

Add some Mrs Stewart's bluing agent it will keep the water blue and clear and is safe for the fish.

barley straw in small onion size bags , fill bag to capacity, submerge bag and pow in max 7 days perfect water no chemicals safe for fish and live stock, change when bag apairs Gunky, good to keep sting ElgI levels down , and scoop any top debris like leaf litter,

also add some oxygen plants to create some water cover for fish less likely to get Elgi when at least 1/4 of pond covered .

use whole bails of barely straw for dams to keep water clean for live stock too.
