I have used Scotts outdoor cleaner concentrate comes in a 1 gallon container and makes up to 10 gallons of cleaner it has a Oxi Clean stain fighter in it and is safe for plants & grass works great on Concrete & Stone , Wood & Composite , Vinyl Siding , Fabric , Patio furniture & more. and it has worked for me on my concrete patio when the green algae from neighbors pine tree it cleans Mold, Mildew & Algae Just follow instructions and you can find it at your local stores such as True-Value, Lowes. Something to try? and can be used in power washers.
Or a gallon or two of plain old white vinegar. No chemicals.
You clean it with bleach and water and pressure washer let the bleach and water set on there about 10 minutes then spray with pressure washer repeat the steps until clean. Hope this will help
There is a great no scrub product “wet & forget outdoor “. It isn’t immediate but really delivers to clean and prevent. I have used it to clean and it took about a month. My front steps were dangerously slippery and did not want to wait so I scrubbed using diluted bleach and brush. After rinsing and drying, I sprayed with wet & forget to prevent more algae. It’s been 3 months and not one bit has accumulated which is unbelievable.
Thanks Kathy. Funny that I was searching around and came upon a British site that talked about "Wet & Forget Outdoor". I just ordered it. Thanks for getting back to me.
