Just to clarify for you. Clorox wipes don't really contain bleach. That's why you don't see bleach in the recipes. Wishing you the best.
To make the bleach solution for wipes, it is :
1 part bleach and 9 parts water, pour the bleach into the 9 parts water, this is important to do it this way because you don't splash yourself with bleach.

Linda is right that Clorox wipes do not contain bleach.
The CDC recommends making a solution of one-third cup of bleach mixed into a gallon of water. Or, on a smaller scale, mix 4 teaspoons of bleach into a quart of water. Don't mix more than you will use in a day or two because bleach degrades fairly rapidly. Storing this solution away from light can prolong its useful condition. Bleach mixtures can only be used on hard surfaces. Stay safe when you make this mixture. Be sure to wear gloves safety goggles and make it in a well ventilated area.
