What to do about a smell mold/mildew?

How do I find the smell of mold/mildew on my lanai...I have checked everywhere possible...don't smell it until it rains..live in FL..soon as I open the screen door to my lanai I smell it...

Spray the whole area with a mild solution of Dawn liquid soap and water then wipe it away. Mold likes dark, damp places to live. NEVER use bleach, it is not needed and causes mold (a living organism) to go airborne.
Kill the mold mildew with tilex.
After that, cleanse regularly.
I am wondering if it is something around your lanai (outside) that is molded. Are there shrubs and other plants in the area? just trying to think how we can help you out. Bleach is very dangerous to use -Krud Cutter has a mildew/mold product we got ours at Home Depot I believe it is good. I will keep looking out for you
