What is the best and easiest way to clean blinds?

what kind of blinds? vinyl,wood,aluminum,vertical, horizontal
Take them out side lay them on grass or cement drive. Blast them with garden hose. Flip them over and blast again.
Maybey close the blinds,take em down, bring em to bath tub, spray with degreaser or multipurpose cleaner let set a while, use a nylon scrub brush gently n rub all over, rinse, let dry, n re hang!!??!!??
GET an oversized sponge. Cut slits in it but not all the way through. Insert 1 blind in each slit & run the sponge along the blinds. I would use the sponge dry to get the dust off first, then go back with the sponge dipped in vinegar water next to clean them. You could also use Dawn water to clean them too. Good Luck.
