How do I ger rid of big spioders inside the closing of my windows?

Alsi when I crank out the casement windows ther is little black specks llike small coffee grounds and my white woodwork near the bottom of the frame has some going stuff on it and it is black. What is this

You can go outside and brush the spiders out with a whisk broom. If they return and make more webs keep doing it. You can wash off the black spots, etc. with warm soapy water. What you are seeing is spider droppings. Spiders are beneficial--they do keep other insects away from your home by eating them! Try not to kill the spiders.
If you want to deter them you can use some essential oil (I think it's lavendar) and they won't nest or make webs where you spray it
