I would like to know how to clean my vinyl windows onmy screen porch?

They are all cloudy, some have come out of the track and they are very difficult to open and close. Is there any way to lube the tracks? Of course with the Florida sun, I have no idea if that's what happens after so many years.
I'm almost 70 years old, I'm on disability, without any connection with family. Both my real Dad and my step father, including my Mother have passed. Could use some instructions. Thank you. 06-10-18

Hi Sher, you can use soapy water and q-tips to clean the tracks, sounds like the seals have gone on the glass if the cloudiness is in between the panes, else you can use vinegar and water to clean the glass, polish out streaks with newspaper. Run a cheap wax candle along the tracks to make them slide smoother.
