HEY, Chas, it’s me again. You listed most of the items I would have. Sometimes we just need to be reminded of the possibilities to inspire our own ideas. Becky Slagle, please take photos and write up your method and Post it on Hometalk.com.
You could use felt and cut out any shapes or flowers you want and use a glue gun to attach. Beads can also be used here and there along with ribbons, tassels, fringe, lace, etc. Anything goes and does not have to be red and green colors!
