Get over-the-door wreath hangers & hang them on the wall & then string the lights onto them.

I agree with everyone else...Command hooks are the way to go.

I’m not sure if your asking for out doors on a brick home and if so then yes you need a masonry bit to drill into the brick but remember that you must drill into the grey thin line on a brick home and not the brick itself. Indoors yes everyone got the right ideas to use command hooks and they are ez to use and leave no marks when taken down📌
