I don't know why you would want to. Maybe try a q-tip??
There is a knob on the bottom that pushes it up.
You can heat the tube with a hair dryer to melt remaining lipstick out if you need the tube for some reason. Normally people throw it away after it gets to a certain level.
Lipstick brush, I used the one with an angle on it .
Frugal swede that I am, I stick a straight pin down the inside edge and run it all around the circle. Then I scoop it out and put it into an empty Carmex lip balm pot.
If the tube is nearly empty, you can use a Q-tip to get the last bit out!
lip brush.
Very hot water.
Scrape out all the lipstick and then use alcohol and q-tips to clean the inside.
