Hey: you can also use inflated ballooms to make spheres - the kids loved doing this for some reason! puncture the balloom when enough layers to be stable. Then complete as you wish. One of the kids' friends made a world globe of his own design. It was cute and Mom put it in his room where it may still be! You can also get more involved and make chicken wire framework to cover - like animals, etc. You could make popsicle stick figures and cover; then make them more people like with additional layers in strategic spots!
